From the Airport: Exit the Airport North and follow to 528 West. Follow 528 West to I-4. Take I-4 West to Exit #68 and make a right onto SR 535. At the next traffic light, turn left onto Hotel Plaza Boulevard. Follow for 1/2 mile and the Hotel will be on the left.

Taking I-4 West to Exit 68 (SR 535). Right on SR 535 to first light (Hotel Plaza Blvd). Left on Hotel Plaza Blvd. Hotel will be 1/4 mile down on the left.

Taking I-4 East to Exit 68 (SR 535). Left on SR 535 and follow to 2nd traffic light (Hotel Plaza Blvd). Make a left on Hotel Plaza Blvd. Follow for 1/4 mile and Hotel will be on the left.

On behalf of the MISER™ Users Group (MUG), we are delighted to invite you to exhibit at our 2017 Annual Meeting, May 7-11, 2017 at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista! The members are enthusiastic about this glamorous hotel resort located in the heart of Orlando’s attractions area, so we are expecting an outstanding turnout.

The exhibit hall is in a ballroom with high ceilings, so there are no restrictions on your exhibit height.

This is the meeting for anyone who sells products and services to institutions using the MISER™ system. Virtually all MUG members attend. The atmosphere is very conducive to education and doing business. By showcasing your latest products and services to this interested group of key decision-makers, you are positioning your company with the highest visibility possible. Each exhibitor may staff up to two (2) exhibit personnel per booth.

The 4 post-conference training courses are now available on the FIS Learning Management System.

Follow these steps to register for these classes.

Navigate to the LMS (https://training.fisglobal.com/TPOnline/TPOnline.dll/Home) and login with your unique credentials. If you have forgotten your password or it has expired, send an email to MISEReducation@fisglobal.com to reset your password.
Click “Catalogs” and then “Course Catalog” on the left-hand side.
Expand the “MISER” folder.
Expand the “MISER Courses” folder.
Click on the “Courses-MUG” folder.
Click on any of the 4 MUG courses. Then click either “Apply” or “Enroll My Students” to register for the class. Class descriptions are also available on this page.
You will receive a confirmation email upon successful enrollment.

Advance Tickets to Disney Theme Parks and Water Parks may be individually purchased and they’re valid for your pre and/or post conference stay, too!
 
These tickets offer pre-arrival savings of 10% on our Full-Multi-Day Tickets (2 days or longer) and include one (1) complimentary admission to an additional Disney Experience at any one (1) of the following:

  • Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park
  • Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park
  • Disney’s Winter Summerland or Disney’s Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Courses (before 4 p.m.)
  • A round of golf at Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course, our 9-hole walking course

You may also purchase partial-day tickets, which are exclusive to the meetings market. The ticket prices listed on the collateral and ticket store reflect any applicable discounts and include tax. Since these partial-day and multi-day tickets are not available for purchase at our Theme Park Ticket Windows, attendees will need to purchase them through this custom website prior to their arrival. For this year’s conference, the MUG Executive Committee has chosen St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, based in Memphis, TN. This world-renowned organization, founded more than 50 years ago by entertainer Danny Thomas, engages in medical research and provides free health care to selected children battling cancer and other catastrophic illnesses, at no cost to the patient. Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to more than 80% since they opened.

Please consider giving a check made out to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital in your name or that of your institution and send it to the MUG office or give during the conference. We will provide opportunities to give throughout the conference. Your donation is tax-deductible. Thank you for your contribution.
